Latest technology which is going to drive the world

What is 5G?

It is 5th-generation of mobile internet connectivity which can provide you fast and stable internet. It’s basically a smart use of radio spectrum. In short it will provide a faster world. Users can have faster download and upload speeds. 5G works on 3 kinds of low, mid and high spectrum bands. 5G can automate most of the technologies like autonomous vehicles, remote device control, and health care and much more.
The 5G network (5G Network) is the fifth-generation mobile communication network, and its peak theoretical transmission speed can reach 1GB every 8 seconds, which is hundreds of times faster than the transmission speed of 4G networks. For example, a 1G movie can be downloaded in less than 8 seconds. With the birth of 5G technology, the era of sharing 3D movies, games, and ultra-high definition (UHD) programs with smart terminals is coming to us.

5G in America

There are a few areas where 5G limited services are available. Verizon provide 5G home in Sacramento CA, Houston TX, Indianapolis IN, and Los Angeles CA. 5G is still in the testing phase in limited areas. 5G is available in Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Brockton, Bernardsville, Seattle, Ann Arbor, Denver, Washington, DC, New York City and Chicago. 5G home can be used in Samsung Galaxy S10 5G, LG V50 ThinQ, and the moto z3 &z4.

5G in China

China is already leading in 5G. China Unicom will be the front runner of 5G. Other two companies are China Mobile and 3 Hong Kong. 5G networking tests have already started in more than 20 provinces and big cities Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan, Sichuan, Hubei, Ningxia, Anhui and Hainan. It can be seen that the development speed of 5G is extremely fast. Even China is working on 6G technology. At present, each of the three major operators has proposed the latest demand of 5g. China Mobile proposed the rationale of 5G+4G, 5G+AICDE and 5G+ ecology. China Unicom is committed to building a new ecosystem of 5G industry, creating more than 200 5G demonstration projects, more than 50 5G open laboratories, and more than 100 5G innovative applications. China Telecom focuses on 5G core capabilities and vigorously develops 5G technology innovations. It is the first to propose a 5G architecture that controls the cloud, forwards the cloud, and accesses the cloud. There will be more updates about 5G in upcoming days.

What is Edge Computing?

What is Edge Computing? Edge computing originated from the media field. It refers to the open platform that integrates the core capabilities of network, computing, storage and application on the side close to the source of data or data, and provides the nearest service. Its applications are launched on the edge side, resulting in faster network service response, meeting the industry's basic needs for real-time business, application intelligence, security and privacy protection. Edge computing is between physical entities and industrial connections, or at the top of physical entities. In the cloud computing, historical data of edge calculations can still be accessed. Edge computing is not a new word. As a provider of content distribution network CDN and cloud services, AKAMAI worked with IBM on "Edge Computing" in 2003. As one of the world's largest distributed computing service providers, it was responsible for 15-30% of global network traffic. In one of its int...

Top Updates on Quantum Computing in 2019

Quantum Computing Rigetti, an emerging company engaged in quantum computing research, expects to release a 128-bit computing system in 2019. This implementation will be a major advancement in the quantum field, and it will mark our distance from Quantum Advantage and quantum hegemony. Quantum Supremacy is one step closer to these two goals. Quantum Computing Quantum advantage means that quantum computers can perform computations hundreds or even thousands of times faster than classic computers, which means that once a quantum computer is powerful enough to perform calculations that the classic supercomputer cannot perform at all, the goal of quantum hegemony Realization will become a matter of course. Building a computing system with higher qubits is the basis for quantum computing to achieve the ultimate goal of quantum superiority and quantum hegemony. Currently, the field is rapidly developing. In 1998, researchers at IBM, Oxford, Berkeley, Stanford, and the Massachusett...
